Fire Alarm Maintenance
Regular servicing of your fire alarm system is a legal requirement. We can help ensure you’re compliant with all the regulatory and legislative requirements.
Fire Alarm Maintenance
You have a legal requirement to arrange for regular servicing of your fire alarm system. Our Fire Alarm maintenance options ensure you’re compliant with all the regulatory and legislative requirements.
Only our fully qualified, competent technicians carry out fire alarm servicing. They are DBS checked and carry ECS Health and Safety cards.
All the work they do is in accordance with the British Standards BS 5839 Pt1 : 2017.
As part of our standard fire alarm maintenance package, we service and test all causes and effects. We then provide you with a cause and effect matrix. You will be able to carry out your business operations in the full knowledge that you are fully compliant and that your fire detection system will work in the event of a fire.
In case of emergency…
…our 24/7 365 days a year call-out service is available for you, whether you’re contracted with us or not.

Fire Risk Assessors
Fire Risk assessors come in all types. An inexperienced assessor will simply review your building against standard design codes and recommend that you upgrade any parts of the building that fall short. The Fire Risk assessment itself may be cheap – but take care. This approach can result in major costs to upgrade buildings to current standards.
A more experienced Fire Risk assessor will make reasoned judgements on the level of risk presented by non-compliance. They will then decide whether the risk is acceptable. Even if changes are needed, the assessor will try to recommend alternative, more cost-effective solutions, such as changes to management procedures.
